By 2002 the company was fully active in Lean Demand & Supply Chain Management, assisting clients in reducing inventories, increasing productivity and providing flexibility in meeting customer demand.

At this time it formed a strategic alliance with COSYS, LLC, an IT firm providing information technology supporting lean supply chain methodology.
