The Project Assistant System supports the project manager and the project team in managing all project documents in one location. It provides tools such as risk analysis in the various project phases and checklists that can be used as a safe guideline of individual steps that must be performed during the phases of a project.

Finished projects can be saved as templates for future use and guideline. Checklists and guidance of how to execute a project can be individualized and later be used or re-used.

The Project Assistant System is a web browser based application with one central database used as repository. The system architecture allows access at any time from any location if security permissions have been granted.
